The method

Three considered steps.

I.

The consultation.

At drop-off we assess the coat together, agree the silhouette, and confirm any handling or coat surcharges — before a blade or scissor is lifted.

II.

The groom.

Bath, gentle dry, then the coat is hand-scissored and shaped. Unhurried, low-stress handling from a team that works with curly coats all day, every day.

III.

The reveal.

The teddy-bear head, finished by hand. We'll suggest the maintenance cadence that holds the shape — most coats sit best on a 3–8 week rhythm.

Do you groom all breeds?
We're poodle specialists first — poodles, oodles and cavoodles are our craft, all day, every day. And the same skills carry straight across to other hair-coat breeds, so we also welcome Shih Tzus, Maltese and any coat that grows like hair rather than sheds. Not sure about yours? Call or text and we'll tell you straight away.
How often should my dog come in?
It depends on the finish you keep. As a guide: Wash & Tidy every 2–4 weeks, Full Groom every 6–8, Style Trim every 4–6, and Asian Style every 3–4 weeks to hold its shape.
Is there a weekend surcharge?
Sundays carry a 10% surcharge. Every other day is priced as listed.
Are the listed prices final?
They're honest "from" prices by size, GST-inclusive. Handling or coat-condition surcharges, where they apply, are confirmed with you at drop-off — never after the fact.
My dog's coat has matting — can I book a Style Trim or Asian Style?
Those two finishes need a matt-free coat to sit properly. If the coat isn't quite there, we'll assess it at drop-off and recommend the kindest route back — usually a Full Groom first, then the style you want next visit.
